ANN ARBOR– Contract negotiations took a strange turn when the league office in Toronto announced Thursday that Jen Perry scored the second goal in Aventinus’s 3-2 win Wednesday night versus the Yaks.
“I got the assist,” admitted Ginny Klinesteker.
When asked why the goal was credited to her, Klinesteker declined to comment.
GM Mark Woods noted that the price for hockey would “hold firm.”
“It’s still $400 for full-time, and $225 for part-time. And you should go onto the website and pay for next season now so I don’t have to deal with it late into the season!” noted Woods.
