Docs at 4077 Up to Usual Hockey Hi-jinks

UI-JEONG BU– Ricky “Hawkeye” Winowiecki and Anthony “Honeycut” Ciatti, surgeons and hockey players for Ruination at the Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (M.A.S.H.) 4077 were up to their “usual hi-jinks” following 18 hours of “meatball surgery” and a 7-5 comeback win over Bangtown Tuesday night.

Apparently, in this episode, newcomers James Jilek (3 goals) and Mike Podsiad need new uniforms, but the Army requisition process will take months, leading Hawkeye Winowiecki (goal) and Honeycut Ciatti (3 assists) to cook up a plan to purchase Korean-made versions.

Major Dave Charles Emerson Winn-chester III, in his Harvard-groomed Boston accent then asked, “You mean Ricky San?”

“Ricky San,” it is later revealed, is the alter-ego of Winowiecki, used whenever the surgeons need to work “beyond Army regulations.”

Through a series of mishaps and laughs, the pair successfully avoid the watchful eye of headquarters (I-Corp), procure the jerseys with the aid of “Ricky San,” help a local Korean boy (Park Woods) buy a new hockey stick and goat for the family, all within the span of a half hour (including commercials).

Shawn Lopez and Matt Schaefer each added a goal and an assist, while Andrew Thompson also chipped in with a goal. Sean McGrath had an assist.

When suggested the hi-jinks might be out of hand in keeping with Army regulations, Col. Potter was quick to dismiss it. “Horse hockey!” he stated flatly.
