ANN ARBOR– Brad Johnson earned a 4-2 victory in net Tuesday night as Hopslam defeated franchise rival Yaks. David Gaydos scored three goals, while Jeff Phillion added another. Andrew Thompson added three assists, and Ryan Williams had two helpers in the win. However, it was Johsnon’s play in net that electrified the crowd.

“Huh?” said a confused fan, who later turned out to be a rink janitor on a lunch break.

Johnson’s performance was undoubtedly a work of art, argued critics. When asked, Johnson, ever humble merely said, “I have zero artistic ability which is one thing that made this so fun!”

He celebrated the victory by drinking wine and painting with a twist; the twist being the only male in the history of the franchise to ever engage willingly in the act.
